Locked out of my automobile NR18:

We got a call in the middle of the night to attend the local movie theatre in The Green. The customer was really delighted that he found us seeing that we happened to be the 3rd emergency locksmith firm they had contacted, the other two weren't able to provide assistance. He decided to go out for a meal and a movie with his wife as it was their tenth anniversary. Unfortunately it was only as soon as they walked out of the movie theatre he noticed that he had lost their keys. He said, "I ran back in to the building and searched everywhere we were seated; however no car keys there. I later had an idea to check in the vehicle and what do you know, I found them, in the ignition, but the car had locked itself." Our technician was there quickly and a short while later had the process taken care of and the car open. The now delighted couple were quickly on their way.

"I generally verify that I have the keys before leaving the house, yet unfortunately I received a telephone call from my ill granny and ran out the door. And do you know what? I forgot the house keys" this client blurted out over the telephone, plainly frustrated by her day not going so well. "This is precisely what we specialise in" we reassured her and sent a man to the property immediately and got the door open and the house keys into her hands.

Going on a holiday overseas is always pleasurable, but when you lose your home keys far away from you in a foreign country it may make it a headache, as our client realized last month. He called out of The Green and stated, "I'm just standing at the front doorstep and I have lost the keys some where in another country. Please send your stand-by locksmith over urgently" We managed to do that rather speedily and he promptly got the house opened and completely new keys.
